Diocese of San Diego Young Adult Retreat

Step away from the busyness of everyday life and enter a weekend of rest, reflection, and renewal. This annual retreat, hosted by the Diocese of San Diego, is designed for young adults ages 18–39 who are seeking deeper peace — with God, with themselves, and with others.

The weekend includes shared lodging, engaging talks, small group discussions, and powerful opportunities for prayer through Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, and Confession. You'll also experience meaningful community and moments of quiet that allow space for God to move.

Registration is first come, first serve. Once we reach capacity, you will be placed on a waitlist and notified if any spots open up.

We offer a limited number of spots to welcome young adults from our neighboring dioceses, with an additional $75 supplemental fee per person. Those who register after the limit is reached will be placed on a waitlist. We will notify you of your status by September 1st.    

All individuals must provide their own transportation to and from the retreat.

How to register for retreat:

  1. Select the appropriate payment amount according to your diocese.
  2. Complete the following registration form. Make sure to click “Confirm” and check that you received an e-mail receipt. If you do not receive a receipt, it means you did not complete the registration and will not be on the list.
