Over the years, Saint Mary Parish has incurred more and more expenses for maintaining its 153-year-old campus due to deferred maintenance. A simple $30,000 repair today can cost millions when delayed for 5-10 years. With the Stewarding God's Blessings capital campaign, we aim to build the foundation for a more physically and financially sustainable parish. This $1.25M campaign is focused on preserving and maintaining our campus so we can continue serving our families and friends today and for the next 150 years!
This campaign has three key elements:
1. Creating a brand new, pot-hole free parking lot
Our current lot is often referred to as the "The Land of 1,000 Lakes" given it has so many large potholes, it floods when it rains! Replacing the lot helps us avoid dangerous and costly accidents for our families.

2. Repairing and replacing the windows and sealants in our education building
Many of our windows are cracked and broken with outdated sealants. This is detrimental to our safety and energy efficiency. Replacing these windows and their sealants help keep environmental hazards out while safeguarding the many lives within.
3. Establishing a Legacy Fund for our long-term maintenance needs
By setting-aside funds for cleaning our antique stained-glass windows, repairing our church sound system, performing boiler upgrades and repair, scheduling regular building inspections and audits, and completing other maintenance tasks, we can ensure our long-term campus safety and utilization and focus more attention on community outreach and spiritual renewal
So far, we have reached 80% of our goal! Please help us go the final distance. Pray about your participation and involvement in this effort. Consider what a sacrificial gift pledged over 5-years means to you. Please remember that this pledge would be in addition to whatever you normally contribute in offertory. Any amount pledged towards the campaign - no matter how big or small - helps us achieve our goal. Gifts made over time have a profound impact. For example, a pledge of just $100 a month can add-up to a five-year contribution of $6,000.
