Faith Formation Registration 2026-2027
Welcome to an all-new year of religious education!
We are happy to offer two models of Faith Formation to accommodate your schedules.
*New this year is our Sunday Family Faith Formation for PreK3/4 through Grade 5, meeting at 9:15am *two times a month (as scheduled Sept. to April) for students in classrooms with parents in the parish hall allowing for our Faith Formation Family Mass at 10:30 on the 2 nd and 4 th Sunday each month. This model includes a special monthly Family Mass Project to be turned in during our Sunday Socials on the 3 rd Sunday of the month.
Our next option is our Family Home Ministry PreK3/4 through Grade 5, meeting monthly as a family in the parish hall with parents working through additional materials provided at home each week and monthly assessments submitted for review. FHM gatherings are offered on the first Thursday of each month OR the third Tuesday of each month September to April. This model includes a monthly Family Mass Project to be turned in during our Sunday Socials on the 3rd Sunday of the month.
Additionally, we offer Sacrament Preparation for Children and Youth. Children preparing for sacraments must either be registered in one of the above noted ministries or attending a Catholic School or Catholic Home School curriculum *this year.
*Students in Grades 6, 7 & 8 in 2026-2027 registering for Confirmation must have been registered in a formal Faith Formation program or Catholic school for 2025-2026 and are able to register for Confirmation without one of the above noted ministries.
Tuition & Fees
Family tuition rate for children residing in the same household:
- One student: $100
- Two students: $125
- Three or more students: $150
Sacrament fees:
- First Holy Communion & Reconciliaiton: $75
- Confirmation Grades 6, 7 & 8: $75
- Confirmation Grades 4 & 5: $75
We require payment in full at time of registration. You may pay online here by credit/debit card or electronic check, which will complete your registration and confirm your child's enrollment. If your child is new to our program we require a copy of their birth and baptismal certificates, file types of PDF, JPG or PNG are allowed for upload, or you can email the copies to us at the address below.
