We are making preparations to replace the controller/timer system in church so that it will interact with our new boiler. Our current controller system is out of date and cannot be reprogrammed. The plan is to install a Horizon-C controller which will allow us to set the times needed for specific services and therefore is a cost savings on energy since the boiler will not be running when not in use. It is a highly efficient system that will also take into consideration the number of people in the space. It will provide scheduled night set-backs based on temperatures and manual overrides of control points to enable the system to operate independent of the scheduled times.
This is just one more way the Holy Trinity Trinity family to become more energy efficient. The funds raised on Giving Tuesday will be used for this installation. Our goal is to raise $9,100. The funds contributed on Giving Tuesday will not be assessed the 9.5% usually taxed by the Archdiocese on all donations to the parish. So, please don't make donations before NOVEMBERM 30, 2021! Your support of this project will be greatly appreciated!
