St. Pius X in South Zerqa

St. Pius X Church is a place of hope for many of those living in the densely population neighborhoods of South Zerqa in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The church itself, built by generous American Catholics, including members of our Eastern Lieutenancy, has deteriorated over the decades, affecting the safety, dignity and functionality of the worship space. The Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem has identified the renovation of the church as a priority intervention to preserve the church for the celebration of the sacraments and ensure it continues to serve the spiritual and communal needs of the South Zarqa parish community with safety and dignity.

The Eastern Lieutenancy has pledged to raise the total amount of $48,095 to repair and renovate St. Pius X Church, but we need your help.
