Extended Day Program Enrollment Reminder – 2025/2026 School Year

SBRS Families,

If you are interested in enrolling your child(ren) in the Extended Day Program for the 2025–2026 school year, please complete and return the application to the school office no later than Wednesday, August 20, by 7:00 PM.

Please remember that a $25 registration deposit per family is required along with the application to secure your child(ren) spot in the program. Both the completed application and deposit must be received; otherwise, your child will not be able to participate in Extended Day. If the office does not have these on file, your child will be brought to the school office at dismissal, and you will be required to pick them up immediately.

For your convenience, the application is attached, and you may use the link provided to submit your $25 deposit. Please also note that Extended Day program fees will be billed to your FACTS account accordingly.
