Description

The Family Scholarship Fund has been created to honor Jim Boccarossa who passed suddenly, leaving his wife Stephanie and 3 young boys who attend St. Josaphat School.  Jim and Stephanie have been active parishioners at St. Josaphat for many years; you may know them as regulars at the 10am Mass as well as being an involved school family.   The funds will be used for tuition and fees to ensure their boys continue to thrive at St. Josaphat School.

If you prefer to make your donation through a DAF (Donor Advised Fund), please select St. Josaphat Parish as the grant recipient (2311 N. Southport Ave., Chicago, IL 60614).  Our Tax ID is 36-2171045.  Please email Michelle Knight at financials@stjosaphatparish.org to notify her of the amount and the financial institution from which the check will be issued so we can be sure to add it to the fund.

If you prefer to write a check, please make the check payable to St. Josaphat Parish with the memo Scholarship Fund and send to 2311 N. Southport Ave., Chicago, IL 60614.

All donations are tax deductible.

If children leave the school before all the donated funds have been allocated, those funds will stay in the St. Josaphat Family Scholarship Fund until the Pastor and Principal identify another student in need of those funds or the Pastor designates the funds for another appropriate purpose.
