Description

Religious Education Tuition & Fees: Preschool through 8th grade for children from the same family.  Please read these instructions in their entirety before proceeding.

The “Gift Basket” acts just like a shopping cart.  To fill it select the tuition and fees you want to pay by clicking on the appropriate option above and entering the dollar amount you want to pay per the fee schedule below.  Then “Add to my Gift Basket”.  If you have a child(ren) receiving a sacrament you will need to add that fee by clicking the “Add more item” option and selecting the appropriate sacrament from the options provided.  Be sure to “Add to my Gift Basket”.   When finished adding your fees you can select “Checkout” where you will see a summary of the items in your Gift Basket.  To make payment select “Continue” and either log in with your existing Give Central user account or create a new user account.    

 

1 Child: Tuition($175) & Book Fee($25) = $200 Total

Pay In Full = $200.00

2 Installments = $100.00 each   (09/13/20 & 01/10/21)

4 Installments = $50.00 each     (09/13/20, 11/15/20, 01/10/21, 02/14/21)

6 Installments = $33.33 each     (09/13/20, 10/11/20, 11/15/20, 12/13/20, 01/10/21, 02/14/21)

 

2 Children: Tuition ($225) & Book Fee($50) = $275 Total

Pay in Full = $275.00

2 Installments = $137.50 each   (09/13/20 & 01/10/21)

4 Installments = $68.75 each     (09/13/20, 11/15/20, 01/10/21, 02/14/21)

6 Installments = $45.83 each     (09/13/20, 10/11/20, 11/15/20, 12/13/20, 01/10/21, 02/14/21)

 

3 Children: Tuition ($275) & Book Fee($75) = $350 Total

Pay in Full = $350.00

2 Installments = $175.00 each   (09/13/20 & 01/10/21)

4 Installments = $87.50 each     (09/13/20, 11/15/20, 01/10/21, 02/14/21)

6 Installments = $58.33 each     (09/13/20, 10/11/20, 11/15/20, 12/13/20, 01/10/21, 02/14/21)

Sacramental Fees

Reconciliation & First Holy Communion = $50.00    Due 02/01/21

Confirmation = $50.00   Due 02/01/21  

 

Payments in full will be processed on the date you enter.  For installment plans the first payment will be processed on the date you enter.  For subsequent payments, you will receive an email reminder from the St. Joseph Business Office 7 days before the next installment date requesting that you log in to your Give Central account and set up the next payment.        

For example, a family of 2 children with an 8th grader making their Confirmation in Spring 2021 and wanting to pay their fees in 4 installments would submit their payment as follows:

2020-2021 Tuition & Book Fee:

Amount = $68.75

First Payment Date = 09/13/20 (you can select current date or any other date, preferably no later than 09/13/20).  Frequency = One-Time.

Sacrament Fee-Confirmation:

Amount = $50.00

First Payment Date = 09/13/20 (if you want to pay the fee with your first tuition installment select the same date or if you want to defer until later enter another date but one no later than the due date of 02/01/21),  Frequency = One-Time.

Per the example above a total payment of $118.75 will be processed (if Sacrament Fee included) on 09/13/20.  The remaining balance due for 2020-2021 is $206.25 and you will receive an email reminder on 11/08/20, 01/03/21 and 02/07/21 to set up a payment of $68.75 by the next installment date.
